The 1971 Pepsi-Cola Masters[1] was a tennis tournament played on indoor hard courts in Paris in France. It was the 2nd edition of the Masters Grand Prix and was held from December 4 through December 12, 1971.

Ilie Năstase won a round robin competition also featuring Pierre Barthes, Željko Franulović, Clark Graebner, Jan Kodeš, Cliff Richey and Stan Smith.
- It was Năstase's 10th title of the year and the 16th of his career.
